75mm (3 inches) Engineered Ceramic Quick Change Discs with Topcoat – Product Description:

50mm Ceramic+ Quick Change Discs with Topcoat are designed for maximum aggressive grinding with an extremely long tool life and an outstanding stock removal rate on steels and materials which are hard or have poor heat-conducting properties. Outstanding, constant high-performance thanks to the Ceramic+ abrasive grain.

Active grinding additives in the coating substantially improve the stock removal rate, prevent clogging and result in cooler grinding.

The Ceramic+ abrasive triangles are fixed to the substrate on one of their sides. This means they are securely fixed in place and, together with their slim design, offer an extremely large chip space to further improve machining efficiency.

The structure of the triangular grain has also been specially adapted to maximize results. The very small crystals inside the triangles ensure optimal wear characteristics as sharp cutting edges are always exposed, but only the minimum amount of abrasive grain/triangle breaks off.

Combining all these properties, users benefit from the ultimate, constant performance during cool grinding and an extremely long tool life together with consistent workpiece surface roughness.

The TR clamping system has a threaded connection with the male thread (plastic) on the tool side.

Also suitable for the following commonly used systems: Roloc™, Lockit, Speed Lok TR, and Power Lock Type III.
