Interleaved Flap Wheels on the Spindle – Product Description:

Interleaved Flap Wheels on the Spindle give the benefits of aggressiveness by alternatively arranging coated abrasive cloth with the finishing qualities of non-woven. They are soft and aggressive, creating a “firmer” wheel that provides a higher rate of cut. Ideal for deburring and grain finishing on stainless steel, metals, matting non-ferrous metals and cleaning oxidised non-ferrous base metals. Smoothing and final grinding of workpiece surfaces.

• Made of fleece and cloth lamella which are positioned alternately around the axis of the tool in a fan shape.
• Extra soft abrasive fleece for optimum adaptation to workpiece contours
• The combination of abrasive fleece and abrasive cloth significantly enhances the sanding effect.
• Increased removal thanks to the combination with synthetic corundum abrasive cloth
• Longer service life thanks to increased material density and precise machining
• Grit levels from Coarse/60 to Medium/120 and to Fine/180.
