115mm (4.5”) X-Lock Ceramic Flap Discs with Special TopCoat are designed for a wide range of applications in the metalworking sector.

Strong fibre backing ensures excellent stability and performance of the flap disc.

These high-performance Sanding/Grinding Flap Discs offer excellent stock removal in all pressure applications.

High stock removal rates are caused by a heavy X-weight polycotton backing.

Cool grinding process due to application-oriented abrasive grain coating.

Optimal re-sharpening of the disc due to the balanced grain bonding system and the polycotton backing.
