Non-Woven Abrasive Hand Pads/Scuffing Pads – Product Description:

Non-Woven Abrasive Hand Pads/Scuffing Pads are suitable for fine sanding/finishing on small to large surfaces and contours to achieve matt and satin-finished surfaces.

Non-Woven Abrasive Hand Pads/Scuffing Pads are suitable for dirt and rust cleaning, deburring, blending, polishing, and finishing of metal, wood, composite, plastics, stone, solid surfaces, painted surfaces, and many other applications.

They are flexible with highly open structure. Sanding removes flashing or burrs without affecting the dimension of the workpiece. Doesn’t clog and constantly stays with a sharp cutting edge. Long lasting, resistant to solvents, and water, and can be cut to specific sizes to suit your application.

 

Hand Pad grade in comparison to coated abrasive grit system:

Grit 100 = General Purpose
Grit 110 = S Medium (black Silicon Carbide)
Grit 120 = A Medium (red Aluminium Oxide)
Grit 320 = A Very Fine (Maroon Aluminium Oxide)
Grit 600 = S Ultra Fine (Grey Silicon Carbide)
