115mm (4.5”) Zirconia Flap Discs are made by one of the leading German coated abrasives manufacturing companies and are designed for a wide range of applications in the metalworking sector.

Strong fibre backing ensures excellent stability and performance of the flap disc.

These high-performance Sanding/Grinding Flap Discs offer excellent stock removal in all pressure applications.

High stock removal rates are caused by a heavy X-weight polycotton backing.

Cool grinding process due to application-oriented abrasive grain coating.

Optimal re-sharpening of the disc due to the balanced grain bonding system and the polycotton backing.

The flap discs are designed to be used with angle grinders and are suitable for the most of tools that you can find on the market from brands like Bosch, Makita, Mirka, Metabo, DeWalt, AEG, Black & Decker, Einhell, Fein, Hitachi, and many more.
